Fire Walk Registration  

"Xtreme Breakthrough" 1 day Seminar with Mel Best and Anthony Teni

CONGRATULATIONS for choosing to join us for this Xtraordinary event.  Our Next "Xtreme Breakthrough" Seminar will commence on Sunday 28th Sept 2008  at 10.00am and will go through until approximately 6.30pm.

Seminar Tickets for this event are only $220

Seats are limited as the instructors are dedicated to your transformation and choose to facilitate program activities one on one. 

We only have 30 seats available for the September Xtreme Breakthrough Event

If you wish to attend this event please follow the steps outlined below.

STEP ONE

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Read the Terms and Conditions below prior to registration and payment as there are no refunds or transfers for this event .  Once you have read the terms and conditions and you agree, please proceed with step two.

STEP TWO

REGISTRATION

Fill out the Registration form below for each individual who will be attending this event.  Once the form is completed please click submit then proceed with step three.  (Please ensure you fill out one registartion form per person.)

STEP THREE

PAYMENT

To make your payment please phone the office immediately after registering by dialling 07)38292088.  Once your payment has been received, you will be contacted by email to confirm your registration and payment details.  PLEASE NOTE: Payments must be finalised prior to the event.  No payments will be accepted on or after the day of the event.

STEP FOUR

WELCOME LETTER 

You will receive your welcome letter via email once your registration and payment have been confirmed.  This letter will include all the information you will require about the event; times, venue, parking, breaks, dress, meals, instructions etc.   


STEP ONE

NO REFUNDS.  Once you have purchased your event ticket no money will be refunded to the purchaser under any circumstance.  If you are unable to attend the event for which you have registered, you may transfer your ticket to somebody else to use provided this person is over 12 years of age.  You must notify The Coach prior to the event to confirm the details of the new attendee.

Seating is limited and will be allocated on a first come basis 

No person under the age of 12 is permitted to attend the Xtreme Breakthrough Seminars without the prior consent from Mel or Anthony.   The Coach reserves the right to refuse any person under the age of 12 years.

All persons under the age of 18 years must have both parents/legal guardians fill out and sign a legal consent form prior to attending the fire walk events.  To do this you must contact The Coach to make the necessary arrangements

The Coach reserves the right to decline the registration and attendance of any person they deem inappropriate for the Xtreme Breakthrough Seminars

No Alcohol, illegal or illicit drugs are to be consumed within 16 hours prior to the Xtreme Breakthrough event which you are registered to participate in.  No alcohol, illicit or illegal drugs are permitted to be consumed or brought onto the premises on the day of the Xtreme Breakthrough event.  Anybody who admits to consumption of alcohol, illicit or illegal drugs within this time period will be excluded from the event activities including the fire walk.  Instructors reserve the right to  ask any person who has consumed alcohol or drugs to leave the premises and no refund will be given.  Any person under the influence of alcohol and or illicit or illegal drugs may be asked to leave the premises and no refund will be given.

The use of video camera's and/or audio recording equipment is prohibited.  No person is permitted to bring such equipment onto the premises without the written and signed consent of the Directors of The Coach.  Any person who is found to have such equipment in their possession may be removed from the premises
